I haven't seen any papers today, but isn't that the American woman who had a partial sex change?

Her reproductive organs were not touched, so it's not so much of a mystery....?

Is that the man/woman whose photo was published as she was pregnant? I found it weird, but she's a right to have a baby I suppose. I hope the child can understand what's going on, and doesn't become famous because of who it's mother is.

No different from those people that were woman have had children and then had sex change, its just she did it before she conceived
