event id 7000 the pc tools security service service failed to start due to cannot find the file specified blue screen error 0 times 0000007e (0 times c0000005,0times804e4337,0 timesf78f3bbc 0xf78f38b8 does anybody now what all this means in simple terms for me please because if its not one thing wrong with this comp its another

kaz, have u recently purchased a Dell computer??? r u using Vista?

well what ever it is, i was experiencing blue screen error all the time. i think its to do with Vista and some hardware issues that they dont like each other.

im using xp my computer is a packard bell intel r pentium (r)D . CPU 2.80 ghz 2.79 GHZ. with 1 GB of RAM what ever all means
