My papa used to get up at 5 so he could get into the fish market to get the best stuff for his fish and chip van and he never got out of the habit.
He was such a stickler for punctuality too. If you said you'd pick him up at four, he'd be standing by the window with his jacket on from about twenty to four and if you weren't there by 5 to you were late!
