Bluetooth question.

Whenever I send pictures to other peoples' phones via bluetooth it says it has sent OK but when they receive it on their mobiles it says 'not supported' or 'file corrupted'. Also, when people send me videos via bluetooth I get the sound, but no images!! Could someone please tell me whats wrong!! My mobile is a Nokia 7373 and it's still quite new.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
