TV in Car-analogue to digital signal

I have a Rover 75 which has a TV built into the dashboard. When the analogue tv in my area is swithced to digital, I suppose I will lose the use of my car tv. Is there anything I can do to upgrade the tv so that it can receive the digital signal?
