What a load of old MS Rubbish as usual.

I opened WMP and it told me there was an upgrade available. Foolishly I agreed to accept the upgrade. It went away and thought about it for a long time and finally told me the upgrade was successful, and to complete the installation it was necessary to restart.

I did and as soon as I try to open the product it tells me that to finish the installation, close down the computer and log on as an administrator. I am the only administrator on the PC and have shut down and restarted only to get...... the same message every time.

Any ideas as now WMP is totally inaccessible!

There, I typed all that without using a naughty word!
