Log into PayPal

Click the Profile Tab

Under Financial Information, click Credit Cards.

Then 'Edit'

You're much better using credit cards to pay via Paypal, as you get another level of protection. Why do you think Paypal push so hard for you to use a debit in preference to a credit?
