Annoying Image

Windows XP : When I ctrl + alt +del to bring up the task manager - the desktop background changes and shows a full screen pic, which I previously tried (and failed) to use as a desktop. The image is also there momentarily first thing as soon as the PC begins to boot and last thing as the PC is shutting down. Anyone got any ideas how I can get rid if this ??

There's a registry setting ..but I can;t remember what it is.

I think that if you search for a file on the PC called "Internet Explorer Wallpaper.bmp" and rename it , then Windows will use the default wallpaper rather than the onw that was set using Internet Explorer.
