Hi, please bear with me in explaining this ongoing problem......

For probably a year or so, every time I start my PC or turn on my printer, or in fact, just change the web page, the following pop-up appears & it reads;

LsDaemon.exe - Bad Image

C:\Program Files\Lenovo\Lenovo Black Silk USB
Keyboard\LsDrv.dll is either not designed to run Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc0000020.

OK

When I click on the OK button, I may need to do it several times, it does disappear but it's just getting so annoying now.
I don't know where this has come from, or how to stop it happening. The printer has always been connected, so I don't think that can be a problem? But I know nothing about computers - Hence, why I need some advice!
Nothing else has changed regarding my PC equipment. I have McAfee installed but I'm not even show if this is a bug or virus at all?

I hope you can help?

Are you using a Lenovo Black Silk usb keyboard?
If yes, then it may be the .dll has become corrupt. Download the drivers from here to reinstall

Hi SlackAlice, thanks answering. I'm not sure if that's the keyboard? It's the same keyboard that's always been connected, it's the one which came with the PC, so I'm assuming that it probably is?

I'm not sure on how to do this sort of thing, but I'll give it a go!!
