I have recently purchased a second hand PC, it has a PCI video capture card which has a ps2 like s-video connection on it, the card is manufactured by Pace and I have an s-video to scart cable. Can I record off the tv or just whatch tv with what I have? If so what software would be best to do this with?

Go to the Pace site! If yr not sure of the model, the card will have an FCC number on it, which you can identify by searching for FCC on any search engine. Happy hunting!
