I have a Samsung Galaxy A12 mobile on a Tesco mobile contract. Service provider is O2.
On incoming calls my phone only rings 15 seconds before going to voicemail.
Many times it has gone to voice mail before I can answer.
Apparently this ringing time can be set to a max of 30 seconds.
Problem is how to change settings.
Googled it and says you need to have code to change.
Trouble is I can't get the code. Just spent 30 minutes on phone with Tesco to be told that it is set by the manufacturer at 15 seconds and cannot be changed.
Find this hard to believe. Any advice please?

Thanks but been through all that and says
Incorrect code
Then it's possible that Tesco are correct ? Try the Samsung site, see if you can get in touch with them.
The time setting is most definitely not set by Samsung! I've got a Galaxy A12 myself and I've set the time to the maximum with Asda Mobile (using the code for Vodafone, as that's the system that Asda Mobile piggybacks onto).

'Make a phone call' to the following number. (i.e. enter the characters just as you would when calling a regular number and then tap the 'Call' button):

**61*901*11*30#

Says invalid code. Tried use Samsung community but don't know how to post!
//// Says invalid code. ////

Are you sure you're inputting it correctly, because the code provided by Chris (which is the same code in the link provided by goodgoalie) should work.

Open your phone to where you'd normally input a number (as if you were going to make a phone call) and then input the code, including the stars and the hash at the end and then press call/send.
"Tried use Samsung community"
As others have said, it has nowt to do with Samsung, it's down to your provider. I've just tried the exact sequence as described by Buenchico, and after tapping "call", the phone responded with "sending MMI message", followed by "Call forwarding: registration was successful". I'm on O2
OH has just tried, using Tesco mobile, and got the following:

"TESCO message

Call forwarding
Connection problem or invalid MMI code (804)"
Have also tried using 905 (Tesco mobile voicemail number) instead of 901 in the sequence, but still no joy (same 'TESCO message')
Heres a differentvxode forvtesco mobile, not sure how current it is though https://youtu.be/d2CixWEhWXQ

Thanks all for the responses. Got nowhere with Tesco, Google, O2 or Samsung so I just turned off voicemail permanently.
