How Do I Get Paramount On My Panasonic Tv

My tv was purchased in November 2019 and is model TX 40FS503B. Help appreciated.

It's necessary to differentiate between 'Paramount Plus' and 'Paramount Network' here.
Paramount Plus is, like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, etc, a subscription-based streaming service. To view it without additional charge, you need to have Sky Q or a Sky Cinema subscription. Otherwise you need something like an Amazon Fire TV stick or Roku device:

Paramount Network was a Freeview channel but it no longer exists under that name. It was rebranded last January to be become 5Action, which is on Freeview Channel 33.
