On Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830 - have message asking me to backup using 3G. When I switch off wifi am no longer getting 3G notification on bar at top of screen. I cannot backup with or without wifi. Using EE network.
May be linked: for the last week or so the default wifi seems to be 'BT/wifi with FON'. If I try to switch back to my original Home Hub wifi it reverts after a few seconds.
Am upgrading to BT Infinity next week, but this all started happening before I agreed to do that.
Any advice, please?
