morning, Wednesday midweek already, how time flies. I hope that you are all in good health and that your day is a pleasant one. Do you have any plans for today?
I have nothing in the calendar, as i was out much of yesterday at the hospital having an ultrasound on my liver, results next week.

todays forecast for the capital is a lowly 21c with partly sunny skies.

Morning. Still pitch-black dark out there and the clocks are going forward in less than 6 weeks' time. I'm not a big fan of the dark nights.

not too bad thank you, the clocks go back on 30th October, and i don't like the dark mornings/evenings either.

i have to phone the DWP this morning, as i didn't receive my pension credit, hopefully it's just a glitch and they haven't cancelled it. If they have they would be a hole in the finances, one i can ill afford.

Morning all, dawn coming up here and looking bright - today a visit to the ivory picker, aka the dentist for a hygiene session and for the dentist to replace a filling - one that has been glued in from a month ago. Then Falmouth I think, so there goes my day.

not 100% yet still a residual bit of a cough and of course Long Covid is still omnipresent, but better than I was Ta.. going out with friends today , visiting Linlithgow Palace birth place of Mary Queen of Scots..taking their 3 dogs so walkies in the park too !
