morning, Saturday the start of the weekend, i hope you are all well and in good spirits.

anyone have any plans for the day? I have a friend phoning this morning and then nothing after that, will see what the weather does, especially as it's been so bad, raining the whole day yesterday.

Did the shopping arrive and the charity clothing disappear as per plan?

Weather has been pleasant down here today, 24c, no humidity.
Might have to get the shorts and flip flops out soon.

the shopping arrived with three of the same item, so two had to go back, the clothes charity people turned up around 1 which was fine, so that part was ok.. how are you today?

its still damp outside i think, but not actually raining at the moment, it's still early.

Waited in all day yesterday for them to pick up old cooker and no one came so not happy. Paid for same day delivery, connection and removal of old cooker. Cooker arrived on Wednesday connected it on Thursday but now it is under my BBQ cover outside in the rain.

My APAP machine kept me awake so I thought I had better get up before it woke OH and we both got up early.

Yes outside in the rain but it is covered and the cover is waterproof.

so your new cooker is up and running, that's good..

I'm fine thanks 1ozzy. Will be knackered later on I expect as we have 2 grandsons with us all weekend and expecting 3 more grandchildren later to visit but only for short while. Unless I can get out and leave other half here while I go Shopping lol.

It's usually a bladder ignoring my need for sleep that wakes me early :-).

I get that too but APAP kept popping with air getting out so gave up.

world deadly quiet where i am lately, the odd vehicle trundling past, but that's about it - they have been digging up the road outside the building to lay fibre optic cable.
