We cannot seem to log out of a website both OH and I have accounts with. There is no log out button. If I close and reopen it keeps him logged in, but we want to log him out and log me in.

We are using Windows 10 and Edge. I have looked in Settings and thought I found the website login and password on the list, hoping to delete it from autofill but it was my login in the list and not his!

Where do we go to see the complete list of websites and passwords so that we can delete his autofill and we can each log in manually?

I don't see the word Passwords on my Settings page.

Going across, I have System, Devices, Phone, Network, etc but no passwords.

Click on the three dots top right on screen.
In the pop out menu select settings ( the cog wheel near the bottom).
Click on "Profiles" at the top of the menu on the left then "Payment Info" on the main menu.
Move the slider to the right next to "Save and fill payment info.
You will also see in there any cards that you have let the browser save( I never do), in "cards you've saved on this device". You can delete the card details there.

I went via the three dots, opened Profiles, found Passwords and my login for the website and deleted. But OH's login was not on the list and he is still logged in. Maybe the two are connected somehow and need to reboot to clear them . I'll try that next.
Are you absolutely sure that there's no 'log out' button on the relevant website? They can be quite well-hidden on some! In some cases you have to click on your username first, which will then offer you a long list of options, with 'Log out' right at the very bottom of the list. In others it's 'My account' that you need to click on first.

I've tried everything Chris. Right clicked on it, allsorts. Its a site aimed at older people and has big buttons! No drop downs that I can find.
Without knowing which website it is, I'm lost then.

However I always have my web browsers configured to delete all cookies upon exit. If you do the same, simply restarting your browser should log out the current user:
