No Sounds On Whatsapp

All notifications on, no sound when I send a message. And sometimes when I receive a WhatsApp message. Samsung A40. Thanks all!

Not muted the volume ?
Or silenced notifications for WhatsApp ?

No all notifications on and sound high .... weird ...

But other sounds are ok. Maybe WhatsApp needs reinstalling. Or maybe there's a resource issue.
