On Samsung j5 2016. Although all sounds are On, I dont hear WhatsApp video calls coming through, or some messages, sometimes just half the ring tone comes through ... Also how do I delete Missed Video Call popups to tell me I have missed a call? I can delete messages by touching them and a blue line goes across, I can then delete... but not these video call popups. Thanks all. Hope I have explained properly ... I am not technical!!
