Monday. Another week underway for the working population. Quite mild outside this morning. I went for a short walk, still on the chilly side.
Nothing on the calendar for today, so some domesticity methinks. Such fun I have! :o}

What you need to do is this. Get a bottle of your favourite grog, drink it and go to bed. It won't do a thing for the sore throat, but you won't care! ;o}

He let out a single long cry just now so I went in and popped his dummy back in and now he's asleep again.

He's got Nursery today. He loves it there.

It's good for him too. Also you get some 'you' time. Much as we love them, they can be hard work.

Well we have some nice holidays to look forward to this year. When we go to Crete in June we've got the kids club booked each day so LordMG and I can have a few hours to ourselves and can venture into the adults only pool and bar.

Good morning LCG and Boaty. Our second son and DIL are expecting their first în under 3 weeks. They're very apprehensive but let's hope the baby is (relatively)as easy to bring up as our own offspring.

Got three weeks of outstanding pay, apparently it was my fault I wasn't paid ;-/

Now I know how their "system" works, and I use that term loosely, my pay will be regular.

Morning all, a slight nip on the air and the heating on as a result. Don't know what's happening as a friend is thinking of going for a beastie like my bagnole and I said that I would run her out to the garage - with the mater.....however, her legacy hasn't come through and she's hesitating. I did say that you're just test driving the beast, surely not buying it today.....Otherwise, if the weather holds, Kim Can Mow may have to emerge to tidy up the strip known as grass.
