I am trying to download some documents sent to me by an insurance firm but it says documents are password protected please enter a password. I have never used a password in relation to documents. Can anybody help

You will need to get the password from the firm who sent them as they will have set them for security via email.

If you read the documentation carefully they do tell you what your password is. DDMMYYYY for your birthday.
