Ipad Mini Keeps Reloading

When I try to read the Daily Mirro or Daily Mail online the ipad is very slow, especially with photos or videos, and keeps crashing and reloading. I use safari. Should I buy a newspaper instead?!!

In Settings click Safari and selected Clear History and Website Data. Hope this helps.

I use the Daily Mail free app on my ipad2 and it works fine.
