Check that the current file format will play on your car CD player. If not you'll have to convert the files prior to writing them to a CD.

Once the files are in the correct format, if you don't have a CD writer you could email the files to someone who does and they could write the disc for you.
If you get yourself a free converter program you should be able to do the task you want.
This is one http://download.cnet.com/ZC-DVD-Audio-Ripper/3000-2140_4-10964625.html
but there are many others to choose from. The free versions usually limit the number of tracks you can convert in one go, and also pester you to death with emails if you don't ensure you tick the 'no contact' box.
Do you mean a DVD Recorder as in video recorder? Or do you mean its the drive in your computer?
