After an item has been scanned on a printer/scanner where is it then shown on the computer please.

Click on start,go into devices and printers .Click on your printer and then onto open. It should show you 'recent saved scans'.This is what I do.

On some printer/scanners you have the option of choosing where to send the scan, but if you don't choose an option, it often goes into your Photo Gallery.

If it works properly you should have a copy on your clipboard. To see it open any image editing program and select paste from the edit drop down menu.

Have you found them?
I had a problem in that although some were going into a My Scans folder I couldn't find easily the ones scanned onto to my pendrive which turned out to be going to a folder called DCIM
