can't see a way to do it myself
Photos, yes, videos, nope
Watch it (in full) then check your temp internet files folder - it may well get stored there, then you can pull it out - re-name it if necessary and keep it forever.

Where do I look for my temporary internet files please AP? I'm now on internet explorer, not firefox which used to show them .... not very knowledgable - sorry :(
If that is the only way (don't use facebook myself) then this utility might help http://www.nirsoft.ne...video_cache_view.html
Ann...

My Computer - Local Disk C - Documents and Settings - ('your' folder) - Local Settings - Temporary Internet Files.

Once you get there, it will probably be near the top as it will be a relatively large file. Click and drag it out onto your desktop, double click it to watch.
..try the above and if you get stuck, let me know where.

Many thanks to AP and bibble for trying to give me an idiot guide which is what I really do need, haven't tried bibble's link yet (looked a bit complicated for me!) but followed AP's instructions - thanks for making them so easy. I cleared all my temp files first then tried it, found the temp file after much searching but couldn't drag it across to desktop or My videos for some reason, so tried to cut and paste in My Videos but that didn't work (must be silly me) so I went back to the video on FB and right clicked and it gave me the option of saving to My Favourites and just clicked on Favourites at top of page and hey presto there it is :)) thanks to you both ..... I'm well pleased.

Try the above web link which presents a slot where you copy & paste the YTube URL and press the download button within the same page....
Sorry, - that was not intended
Try. keepvid.com/
