Problems Adding Video To Facebook

Tried adding a video from my album, to a discussion on Facebook. Keep getting error message. “CANNOT DOWNLOAD VIDEO. There was an error trying to download this video from icloud photos. Please try again later.” I’ve managed photos before. I’m using an iPad Any info please. Thanks.

Check that the file size doesn't exceed Facebook's 10 GB limit.

Hi! Does anyone know how to trim a video? I need to prepare a video for school and upload it to Facebook, I figured that out, but I can't find the information I need. Can anyone help?
