Adobe Air repeated upgrades

Every week I get an Adobe upgrade , pop up. click OK and it installs . but a week later up it comes again . I'm on Vista , could that be a factor ?

I removed it from Adobe install.
Not much use for it yet, in my opinion.

More to do with the fact that Adobe is a simply a PITA

Try to uninstall Adobe with with their uninstaller from their web site and reinstall the latest version it may fix your problem.

Will try uninstalling next time it happens which will probably be next week.
