How To Get Wifi

My brother has no job and no prospects. However I can give him a job if he chats to people on my website during the day. He has no wifi. I am sending him an old laptop but what is the cheapest and safest way I get him wifi. I don't want the risk of a big phone bill or anything like that you see.

Buy a USB dongle. You can set the monthly amount beforehand. Check 3g or similar.

If you or a friend/relative are on BT you/they can give him your/their password and he can join any of 5 million BTWiFi spots. I've done it many times visiting friends and relatives all over the country using BTWiFi.

The alternative is an expensive dongle.

Wifi is just a means on connecting to the internet.

I think dongle then. I was just wondering if there was a way of him getting wifi at home with no risk to me as it will be my bank details etc
