Asus EEE wifi connection

How can I get a wifi connection on my Asus eee. I have the correct code but it doe not connect. I discovered that other people have this problem so any ideas please' I tis close to the wifi so there is no obstruction.

I've got a eee pc 1000H running under windows xp home and have had no problems at all, the only thing I can suggest is that you download the latest drivers and ensure that the access code is correct they are case sensitive.

Thsnk you B Rubble. I use Ubuntu which was in the machine. I like it but don't know enough about it but I will look into the driver situation. I saw on a forum that users with XP don't have a problem. I connect occasionally and the code is always entered correctly. It is not urgent at the moment so I will try now and again. Best
