morning everyone, its still very humid, though its raining by the sounds of it, which should clear the air a bit - i hope you are all well and have a good day whatever you may have planned.

i have been awake on and off much of the night so won't be planning anything today.

i do have a courier coming but no idea when so it rather means having to stay in anyway, which is a nuisance, but needs must..
plus some shoes i ordered which have been posted so they should turn up today.

same as yesterday morning here as to blue sky with mottled clouds floating by, a little bit of a breeze that rattled the old window frames here and didn't exactly add to my sleep, so a bit 'hit by a cosh' feeling this morning.

Phoned Boaty yesterday - he's fine, well and kicking. Has been okay medically except for the normal creaks and groans - time spent at the hospice and down on the canal. No travel or plans in place to - moaning about the rain that they got, I guess from the thunderstorms rolling through, which we haven't see down here. Sends his best to all and Boaty xxs to the gals.

Yep.....from what he wrote, he needed to get his foot checked out.

yes she's been busy, and will be doing jury service soon

i did say that to theland, he should get the foot checked by a GP or hospital. its no good self determining one's illness.

its miserable up here, dark skies and persistent rain. it doesn't feel any less humid than it did at 2am when i was awake.

There is hope coming your way - it's not too bad down here and the humidity is pretty low. Not massively warm at a max of 18° today.
