it means someone from whoever hosts the room is keeping an eye on the posts, removing offensive ones. This doesn't happen on AB; users themselves are invited to report bad posts and management will look into the reports later and maybe remove them.

It means they have a host, be it a live person or a programme that makes sure the rooms rules are being adhered too.
