when I click on a photo in My Pictures it insists on opening in Adobe Photoshop Album Starter Edition 3.0 (I didn't even know I had this but I assume it came with Photoshop Elements 3). I'm given the option of opening in Windows Picture Viewer, which I want (quicker and less 'noisy' to look at), but have to do it every time. Where can I change the default to Picture Viewer? I've got Windows XP.

Isn't The Full Monty a brilliant film?

Good morning. Been to docs for hija, results all fine. Jolly freezing but sunny here but am sitting outside having my coffee. So miss my washing machine, and I can everyone's washing blowing in the breeze .
good morning. icy cold and bright here, dogs are asleep, so what else is new?
Waiting to hear if sister's finger is really bad, fingers crossed.
Morning all
Nice crisp day again, hope you're all as well as.Crossing my fingers for your sister too Neti .
A'noon all...it's crisp here but not as bright as it was, it's been a lovely morning.

Phew, these munchkins pack a lot into a short time...in the space of two and a half hours baby moondust had two playtimes, a 3 course lunch and a nap, haha. He's so funny.

Well the duel fuel bill thudded onto the mat today so I'll be emptying my wish lists for a while...actually it's not too bad, during the ice age 3 yrs ago the bill was almost twice this one.

Hope your sis has some good news neti.
Neti, do you watch Emmerdale? If so, what did the doctor say to Priya last week, I missed it?
I am having a quick pray for your sister
Did a whole load of hand wishing, boiling a kettle and sloshing it all around in laundry room. Took about an hour, thank heavens I have a spin dryer. Swept through the villa cos couldn't be bothered to get out henry. Then fell asleep in Father Brown with the cat cuddled up to me.
Off to make a curry in a min.
That sounds like a lovely visit Robi, I bet its made you feel better.
Dear little Baby Moondust, any photos again please? He certainly bucks you up Robi. I also slept this afternoon so am copying Baby Moondust.

Juyst made a chicken curry (I bought a jar of Rogan Josh sauce to make life easier) Mr N doesn't know, thinks I was slaving away!! It was very nice. I did my roots, and tumble dried the hand washing (wasn't going to leave that out all night in case it rained and certainly was not going to wash all that again!) Just want to wash the bedding but it isn't really that dirty, certainly can't do it in the bath like I used to! There is only one laundry here and they only do service washes, takes forever. I could pop up to my friend's posh white apartment and use hers, but think I'll probably bugger the machine up and make the flat dirty in someway. I'll wait and hum and ha until he does something about it.
No news re: sister yet. She's worried they will remove the finger as it is the same surgeon she is seeing who chopped bil's leg off.

Oh yes that is what I'll be doing!
Sorry Robi I don't watch Emmerdale.
I would be at my wits end without a washer Neti .I'll give you a few more days before you throw a wobbly :)
It's been another non day at Shaneytowers doing bggr all ! If I watch much more tele I'll have square eyes .I've aimlessly been knitting something ,got bored with it and pulled it out ,started something else ,decided it was too complicated and pulled that out as well .I'm out of sorts.I don't like January at all and will be glad when this month is over .
Moondust seems to have cheered you up Robinia ,he sounds so sweet .
I did some sorting and tidying today.
Morning all...feels very mild but it's so dark and wet, I've got the light on and I hate it. The garden doesn't know what season it is, new shoots everywhere, feverfew flowering in the hedgerow and some of the bluebells are up.

Yes baby makes you forget all your troubles and woe for a while....I wish I didn't tire so easily, I feel permanently fluish and rubber legged at the moment.
For neti, and anyone needing a lift, I defy you not to smile...this is proof that even without hair and teeth a (little) man can be irresistible :)

Morning all
He's totally irresistible .What a lovely picture and lovely smile .
Piddling with rain here and very mild .
I feel exactly the same Robinia . Everything's an effort .I'm bunged to the gunnels with catarrh and now my head is aching along with the rest of me .
KBO though .

dull and grey here too, but I am going to see Jude Law playing Henry V this afternoon so am feeling quite perky. (I am guessing Henry will win in straight sets.)
