Emails to yourself

I have a habit, when sending documents or photo's to myself first, but when I do this, they always go into the 'deleted' items folder. Its no real inconvenience, just irritating, could someone tell me why?. I use Outlook Express.

Check your "Rules" under TOOLS>MESSAGE RULES>MAIL

you will prolly find the reason there unless you have a virus scanner that also decides where certain messages get put

Thanks, my own name was in the 'blocked senders list', I never thought of that,
