Editing Video

Is there any software available where you can take say 1 second worth of video recording from different recordings to create one long video of the different 1 second snippets?

Hopefully that makes sense.

any video editing software should be able to do that, but it's a labourious and labour intensive plan if you really are going to take just one second. Try something simple that's also cheap / free like Avid:)
