recently went to a microsoft support website where i ended up dealing with this company-i yogi. had never heard of them but they said they can fix all wee problems in computer.they want £109 for a years support.dont know if they are safe,reliable etc.has anyone had dealings with them? if so are they worth the money.thank you for your time.

Avoid.
Surely Microsoft wouldn`t have them use their name for advertising if they can`t be trusted.
They don't say they are endorsed by Microsoft, All they say is they use Microsoft certified technicians and getting (lower end) Microsoft certified is a piece of the proverbial!

You can fix all 'wee' problems on the PC.
Stay away from all those money-grabbing cowboys.

thanks to all.i will avoid and have already gotten rid of their stuff from my pc.all i need now is a trustworthy company to fix those wee problems thanks again.
come on here and ask the people who've already responded to this thread - they'll help you :-)
Depending on what the 'wee problems' are you can most likely fix them yourself with a little advice from the trusty AB techies :)
