Hi, I recently had a message come up on my PC screen, saying that my PC had recovered from a serious system fault. I sent the report to Microsoft (as it tells you to do), I was then automatically directed to a web site called Microsoft Virtual CD System. Could someone please explain what this means and what should I do next, if anything. Thankyou

None of us send them tho .. you think they will contact you?

That is a free utility which runs a 'virtual' CD/DVD rom drive on your PC. It creates (temporarily) a spare drive letter and drive, which you can install an ISO or image file to your PC from. You don't need it .. I suspect you accidentally clicked on a link to it.
