4get, How much olive oil do you add to the sandwich bag for the wedges?
Do you leave them soaking for a while?

Suez, I'm not 4Get, but I'm answering... Not a lot, a little goes a long way.
And no need to let them soak, just make sure the wedges are coated with the seasoning.
Society geroff my laaaaaaaand lol. just a capfull should do, you dont have to leave them to soak, just shake so it covers them all.
and when you put them on baking tray try and put them skin side down if they ballance ok

its not imperative, just salt pepper paprka and mixed herbs will do
You can put any herbs in or seasoning. I just made up the recipe, but a little garlic does make them taste good

I have garlic cloves like i suppose i could crush them?
I have chilli, salt, pepper, Ah fudge I'm just gonna go the shop cause I don't have paprika either..Good God..
how annoying I just realised I didnt take chicken out to defrrost, was going to do chowmein stir fry for tea, Cheeseburgers and chips for me then :-(

Right 4get, I've substituted paprika for mild chilli powder, then added garlic, salt, pepper, oregano and mixed spices, have just bunged them in the oven at gas mark 6.. hope they are nice..Is a half hour long enough?
not always but just keep checking in about half hour x

My son-in-law puts Marmite on his wedges instead of the seasoning. They are OK
Oh good and well easy wernt they, I'm sure there are different seasonings you could try.
