do. Its raining heavily at the moment, and i think the forecast is to stay that way for the
day.

i have two deliveries coming today so it's unlikely i will go out, and certainly not if its hacking it down.

Morning, Emmie. Not much on for me today. Glass man is coming to fit the glass which he dropped off on Thursday and other than that, not much else. I might make a cottage pie if I can find the energy.

Looks like we're in for some atrocious weather.

i think the weather is going to stay bad, its dark grey out there and raining like a monsoon. I hope i get my delivery today, food shop coming at nine, but awaiting a parcel, which could come at any time.

Morning all, wet and dank here this morning - am off to the big lights for a quick raid on M&S and then up to Waitrose, not least as my coffee stores having reached a low level... It looks pretty grim out there and it may well be a question of light a fire later....!

Glad to hear that you are home, Lady CG - bet that's a relief but take it easy, as emmie said, as you are probably not yet fully out of the woods.....

DT, they've warned me that I'll probably have this bad cough for another 3 to 4 weeks. I'm on Amoxy / Clarith for another 5 days.

My friend who is a Consultant at the hospital text me advising me to take high-strength Vitamin D to help repair the lungs and prevent scarring (the repair process needs calcium which will be transported to the lungs by the Vitamin D) and Vitamin C which is a natural antiviral.

It's going to be a long, slow recovery.

as it has been dry the last few weeks but just means more work for me when it rains : (
