Saturday. Wet 'n windy outside. Rugby at 0745. Japan v Ireland I'll be watching that. A bit early for a beer though...I dunno, The sun is over the yardarm somewhere in the world! But I will restrain as I have to go out afterwards to the farmers market. Got some recipes I promised the mushroom girl. So I'll make do with a coffee.

Have a happy day everyone.

Morning chris, DT and minty. xxx

Chris you don't know me very well do you! I've got a beer to hand! ;o}

How are you this morning minty?
Morning Boaty, Minty, DTC & Chris, still dark but does not look like it rained overnight, but think we might have a few showers later on.
caught your cold DT !! doped up with cold remedies... had hellish day yesterday..very very heavy rain caused the drains to back fill and kitchen sink filled with dirty water..spilled over and it was a struggle to get to the bits underneath in order to open caps and drain sink..took a while to get it emptied and a big mop up ! seems ok now..the drain out front is bubbling up too... more rain due today and tomorrow..so watching the situation
morning Tony xx

Morning tony. Blowing an 'ooligan here. I think the farmers market will have to survive without me today!
Good morning all. (I'm not hanging around. I meant to be in bed about 6 hours ago!).

>>> Chris you don't know me very well do you!

Maybe I do though. Your liking for decent beer got a mention from me just last night ;-)

I'm doped up as well and not going to this antique fair or for pasties with my sister or the home... need to get some food though. Worst one I have had for three years or so.
Ah well Boaty the beers can flow in moderation, it is the same with me if I watch F1. Touch wood not had a cold yet this season, Jen had her flu jab earlier this week, because her immune system is shot and flu could be serious, although the actual vaccine used is just a best guess but an educated one. minty sounds like your drains either need rodding, jetting or both, the backing up with get worse and more frequent as winter progresses, do you share the drain?
time for an early dip and morning nuptials - back soon.

It's illegal to watch rugby without as beer isn't it?
Morning Birdies. Looks like we will get our feathers ruffled today. Not the best one for a drive to St Ives but Hey Ho, we still go. Just about ready, after a bit of toast and more tea, then we take a breath and get weaving. Not in any rush anyway.

See you shortly DT.

I've got My Ireland shirt on all ready :o}

Morning togo. Take care mate, this weather can cause all manner of obnoxiousness!
Tony our drain runs into next door the cover is there... this is also the garden with the leylandii that I constantly moan about...one of my concerns is that they may compromise the drains... if this recurs the council will be phoned..again..the property next door is local authority owned
Yes I think so Boaty certainly beer was derigeur when I used to watch local club from side lines, trusted with glass glasses back in those days. minty you just need to keep on the case then, it is annoying that you suffer because of other peoples potential blockages. Do you get on with your local authority neighbours?
