Bazile - incredibly human to human transmission of rabies has NOT been described - even tho the virus can be detected in human saliva at times (obviously they have to HAVE rabies for this to occur)

I see his captain too is a beacon of hope. When interviewed by Sky he said (and I'm paraphrasing) "Dere's good and bad about Luis Suarez and as eva people wanna focus on the negative but yer not gonna get not'n arra me in dat respect".

I reckon he'll be gone in the summer. The Septic's(owners) didn't like the negative publicity and constant, against-general-opinion blind loyalty shown to him by King Kenny and he was 'moved on'.
As this time it's all his own doing and further tarnishing their global image I reckon they'll step in again somewhere in the not too distant future.

The problem is how to provide an effective sanction in this case.
It's pointless 'fining' a multi-millionaire player.
Suspending / firing / selling him affects the club and supporters, but not him as he is a talented player and will be bought elsewhere.
What might make a start is for people to stop trying to brush this off as if it's some kind of high-spirited horseplay.
The Liverpool chairman referring to 'the lad' sends out a wrong message as well - Suarez is 26 years old and a multi-millionaire profesional sportsman, not a naughty boy who has misbehaved at a Sunday morning game in the park.
While there is so much money invested in a player like this, there will be no meaningful sanction because Liverpool, and the wider football comunity are keen to brush it aside and carry on.
