Snow has just stopped here so I might venture out round the shop. We've had films on but I've been working. I shall give the lappy to stepson in a mo so he can play and I'll go cook.
Snooker on here, doing some writing, about to light the fire. No snow but we could get some flurries from the way the sky looks and it's cold enough, on freezing.....
Went round the shop earlier, nearly fell over a number of times (it's a coup,d of minutes walk away) - at least an inch of compacted snow on the pavements and roads. Trying to decide if I should send the kids to school tomorrow or not.
Yes me puzzled, I have that Belgian detective on tv that I can neither pronounce or spell. I am snuggled up against the snow, like someone earlier, ours came overnight Friday morning and is still heavy, Me and my dog are all warm. Enjoy your day x
I stocked up so I didn't have to leave the house today. Had a nice chilled day, some neonatal unit knitting, went for a wander in the park to feed the ducks (lake part frozen over) then baked some brownies for work tomorrow and now chilling in the warm with the cat clamped to me. Might stick a film on in a bit before I sort washing and such.
Dogs are having a romp in the garden, no walks today, it's a steep old road down to the bay at the best of times.
Shopped on Friday so no need to venture outside before Wednesday at the earliest at a guess.
Keeping warm indoors watching the snooker final. Hasn't stopped snowing all day in this part of Kent so not planning to go out. Stocked up with food so no need to venture anywhere.
Well, so much for the RSPB. "Put fatballs out for the birds they said". Went out in a snow fall, did that, hanging them high enough. Looked out; they'd disappeared. The RSPB never said " Don't bother if the wolfhound puppy can get on his hind legs and reach them" ! LOL
Got in, found the terrier was munching her way through the sack of birdseed. Gave up. Watched the Chelsea game.
