I'm sitting in second place, behind Ray. Thought I had pulled off a masterstroke by bringing in Walcott, only to find out Ray already had him in his team ha ha. Long way to go yet!!

Harrys chuffed cos he has Carroll but he needs a tweak and can only tweak the weekends he's home -that'll be this weekend;)
Ray and Les are doing brilliantly but I was really surprised at the overall leaders score -how do they do it???

I think I have had my moment of glory - probably downhill from now on.
It really is a matter of luck which players you pick and whether they score - or even play.
I see some bloke (not in our Answerbank League) has scored 165 points (112 this week) Certainly not in our league !!!!

It's all a hit or miss affair a great deal of the time as the Bigger Teams have large squads and you may end up with Players spending more time on Subs bench !

I'm taking the "marathon not a sprint,game of two halves,the lads were tired after the World Cup" route as well!

On a brighter note I'm doing Ok in the fantasy premier league one that we used to do...Top of the WBA one and 4th in the Newcastle United fans league :-)
