Cycle rides & places to stay in North Yorks :o)

Hi all :o)
For our wedding anniversary (10th on 22nd May) my husband and I are looking to stay somewhere in North Yorkshire but want to go on a cycle ride for the day too (I know how romantic eh? lol)
Plan is to knacker ourselves cycling then get back to B&B/pub and have a meal and relax in the bar :o) so want to start from B&B and finish there, not gonna speciify distance cos want to hear all ideas :o)
Anyone done the same and can reccomend a good route please?
Would be most greatful :o)
