3 hours worth ?
Theland doesn’t mind long videos.
Question Author
Two, if you skip through the interruptions. Four, if you watch them twice.

There are actually only two videos. Both were included in the initial post but only the second video appears when the question is opened. That's why I posted them again separately in the first two answers.
Question Author
All videos are too long to me if I don't derive anything meaningful from watching them.
If mibs has posted it, it's sure to be educational. It might even answer some of Theland's questions.

I'm not anticipating any miracles here today ;)
:o)
If looking for creation evidence one can skip 45 minutes of the first, and even the rest doesn't explain how the coming into existence occurred. Maybe in the second one ? At least the subject is interesting, even if it's only going over what you already know.
Ok, about 15 minutes into the second one the mechanism where something comes from nothing more than the vacuum energy is described. But nowhere does it describe why the symmetry seems to have broken. Why matter seems to have stuck around but antimatter is not much seen around here these days. Interesting though.
Mibs - Thank you for posting such a thoughtful and interesting thread.
Naomi will rap your knuckles because, "This is not a cinema," and I have consumed rather a lot of popcorn whilst viewing the videos.
Naturally, I am going to compare the science with the Bible, as I always do.
The science, to me, reveals just part of the amazing creation story, and does not in any way negate the existence of God.
The videos are actually not beginning the story of creation, but take up the story several stages later.
I am reminded of Lawrence Krauss, author of, "A Universe From Nothing."
But this is a great thread and thanks again for posting.
Please excuse me mins... I will be back... just a reminder for theland to check khandro's thread, which he posted on.
Theland, occasionally doesn't constitute a cinema. Continually does.
Scientists have done an amazing job getting further and further back to the beginning, but they don't have the full picture yet, even though some would have us believe they have.
Science never claimed to have the full picture. You, on the other hand, do. Rationalise it.
As far as I am concerned, science is discovering the mechanisms by which God created. Rationalise it.
Theland, you admit the scientists have done "an amazing job", so I assume you agree with their findings. So where's your proof to suggest they haven't gone back far enough?
Or are you saying that you know more than the scientists and no proof is needed?
Neither I nor science make definitive claims - each open to change - but you are letting God down.
^that to Thailand.
