I am always surprised when people are delighted/amazed at animal parents caring for their young. There was a clip the other day of a bear rescuing junior bear from a road - people were excited that the bear was acting like a human. It wasn't, it was acting like mummy bear.

That's exactly what I thought treetops but have done a search on google and baby macaques do appear to look like that. It's a cute picture but I find monkeys/apes with such human faces a bit creepy.

Prudie, I had the same thoughts as you about the "cat seeing off dog" story. I didn't see that thread on here so don't know what's been said already. My main thought was how did the boy's parent get three cameras set up to film something that no one would have seen coming.
