Well what a cheery thing to read - for myself I care not a jot. However the love and care invested in our children and theirs makes me hope the world keeps spinning - if only in the hope that future generations may get things sorted better than we have.

Presumably, keyplus, I'd burn in the fire of your God's wrath for not believing in Him.

For myself, I'm concerned about the end of the world only in the sense that I'd kind of prefer it if the end of the world came after I'd got done the various things I wanted to do. For others, aren't they concerned because of what might come "after"? The end of this world, we are told, is the beginning of a new and greater one, but not everyone gets to join. I think some people are worried about losing that particular lottery.

Yep ! Next week, if some nutter presses the wrong button. That's why some people are concerned. They equate the end of the world with the end of us humans. What arrogance ! We are less than a blink of an eye in the life of the world and we think we are important !!
