Has anyone seen 'The Royal House of Windsor' on Netflix, in the final episode of which, he embraces Islam, giving speeches to become the darling of the Muslim world? He appears to be completely oblivious to the issues of the abuse human rights, treatment of women, & Sharia law in these countries & what is going on in his own.

He's said that when he becomes King, he wants to be 'Defender of Faith', not 'Defender of the Faith'. He's either stupid or naive, especially after events in Streatham earlier today.
I think he needs advisers to tell him what it's really like on planet GB.
Stupidity isn't confined to the uneducated. Far from it.
I don't think he's the most sensible bunny in the burrow. people can be intelligent but still lack common sense.
I think he is nice, but dim.

He has absolutely no idea of reality, that's not his fault, but it still affects his views.
He's great at some stuff though, his gardens at Highgrove are wonderful, and I don't mean pretty I mean nourishing and treasuring of the nature there. But in other areas he's either very naive or an idiot or has to say what he's instructed to say because of his position.
I said 'Stupidity isn't confined to the uneducated', and that's true. However, there is a difference between naivety and stupidity and frankly I think that anyone who regards Islam as acceptable is probably naïve rather than stupid. Prince Charles, I believe, means well.
A pity some people on this site can't be as broad-minded as Prince Charles.
, I believe, means well.

Probably does, naomi. But will it end well !
diddly, //He appears to be completely oblivious to the issues of the abuse human rights, treatment of women, & Sharia law //

Are you oblivious too?
Doubt it Tony.
I'm tempted to go for just dim, but he's a fellow Spike fan, so I'll go easy on him.
Haha! Indeed. Anyone who's a fellow Spike fan can't be entirely stupid. :o)
naomi24Doubt it Tony.

So do I.
//Haha! Indeed. Anyone who's a fellow Spike fan can't be entirely stupid//

Finally, we found some common ground! :-)

Actually Charles does a perfect Bluebottle impression. I know that's Sellers rather than Spike, but it's all Goonary!
:o)
He has been spoiled rotten and his insular environment, surrounded by, // Yes// men, has left him devoid of any accurate idea of reality.

\\ the abuse human rights, treatment of women, & Sharia law . Are you oblivious too?//

excuse me only a moment ago some libertarian was blaarting about Brexit and the right to make ones own laws
er and freedom
surely this includes the freedom to make sharia laws ?
or not
only the freedom to make laws that Nigh and ABers like or think is good.

I think we should be told
// he's the most sensible bunny in the burrow. people can be intelligent but still lack common sense.//

and um the burrows in Downing St ?
