No,I don't believe that for one moment, how many people would have to have involved in that? The chances of keeping secret would be very remote imho.

OG, the hubble can resolve about 96 metres on the moon surface, as it is a relatively small 2.4 metres. There are much bigger Earth based telescopes but still not big enough, eg to see the lunar lander base

as soon as you say - "yeah dare photos but dey faked"
which is kinda the same as "they true and dey false"
then everything becomes both true and false
and everything becomes provable ( whether true or false)

and statements like - "dey troo den"
becomes meaningless as dey also false sozza as they are also false at the same time

(logical consequence of the weak inconsistency condition)
