on LinkedIn. By accident, mind you. She's listed as a "Technology Analyst-Solar and Hydrogen Energy".
It's a bit weird...it's seeing a "side" of her that I'm not normally privy to. Anyone else had that kind of revelation about a son or daughter...good or bad?

AB is divided into two unequal parts - one that hugs themselves and thinks "O ! how shocking ! I could never reveal in public intimate family details such as in late 1962 I saw my mother shopping in Marks and Sparks - how left wing it all was in those days ! " O and another time I saw her in the local hair dresser and she came out looking as tho she needed to go back in .....

and the other ( in which I count myself ) who will cheerfully say: " Christies again today - not the auction house bu the northern cancer hospital. Threatened not to treat me as my blood count is too low - from drink ! - and I said what did they expect, I do have cancer ....

My brozzer who is a hospital paed met my mozzaire unexpectedly in adult outpatients - and she said " yeah I have an appt with the orthopod but I decided not to tell you "

My niece asked a friend of me 'does he really speak Arabic?' - and he said well we always got what we wanted when we were there

She also asked how on earth did I know the terms of the 1929 Infant Life Preservation Act and I said 'because I have a law degree'

One of my fathers contemporaries is still on the medical register at age we think 120 (years) because his daughters knew he was a Very Important army officer. Obit in the times etc. but didnt know or forgot he was a doctor as well ( RAMC). So when he died ( 1995) didnt inform the medical authorities. Ho hum, a side of life he never talked about I suppose

I signed up with Facebook just so I could keep half an eye on my son while he was at uni.
He is generally a good lad, but his best mate kept tagging him in photos in which they both looked pie-eyed. :/

He has now left uni and I don't keep tabs on him anymore.
did you think she was working behind the counter in Boots?
