I say, Incitatus ... I reckon she fancies you.
Incitatus was a Roman consul, which must make him at least, ooh, 2,000 years old. No wonder he knows so much!
That would explain his vast amount of horse sense!
Ahhh if only you all knew ... How old do you think Incitatus is, TaraLynn?
umm...flattered I'm sure.
Um... umm...ummm...wouldn't it spoil the mystique to let on?
Incidentally a date for incitatus the senator would be around 38 AD, so 1,936 years old or so.
Me, I'm a mere xxxii
My adding up isn't up to much today, is it? 1,964 years old for the famous horsey.
As to what I'm all about ... I'm a utilitarian situational ethicist with strong tendencies toward frivolity and anarchy. And a frightful bore.

thanks incitatus...it's good to know.
While we're on the subject Incitatus, what job do you do? I confess I am intrigued... and (forgive me) I guessed you were older than 32...
Lordy, I am in demand. OK, I have been in my time: cowherd, dairyman, cocktail barman, chef, translator/tour guide, plantsman, teacher, technical consultant, lecturer and researcher. Currently working at a well known university (the more attentive of you will know where because of an answer I gave a while ago) researching stuff it takes me 15 minutes of fast talking to explain at dinner parties ... it's not hard, just complicated.
And I am, honestly, 32.
And he's a mean dessert chef.
I did once get a job by cooking the interviewess's profiteroles.....sudden qualm...is this bribery and corruption?
How does good2skull know about Inky's dessert skills? I think we should be told!

PS If you're ever in, say, the Gower Street area of London, I'll buy you a drink, oh equine senatorial one.

If good2skull doesn't mind, that is.
I say, what are you suggesting ?!! I went to University with Incitatus is the answer. Anyhoo, Good2skull is highly unlikely to mind anyone buying Incitatus a drink. Probably needs one. Honestly this website is turning into a lonely hearts forum.
Cynthia: frequently in London as work near Kensington Gardens. Arranging drink without attacks from random psychopaths could be tricky, however.
good2skull: god, did I? give us a clue, who's hiding behind that pseudo?
Here's a clue, I know about "Fries" and smrgsbord.
I should ask the answerbank to edit the name of your road out, Cynthia, otherwise you may well encounter a lot of people introducing themselves to you by their silly answerbank names. What about the smorgasboard?

Artisan: Thank you for your concern, young man. I am *quite* capable of fending off people with funny names, though. Gower Street is not my abode: it is an area surrounded by universities.
It wasn't so much fending as suggesting it could be rather annoying. "Hello, I'm Fargugle", "Hi, I'm Spurge" and so on. How did you hope to find incitatus then?
How many horses in togas do you see in Gower street? Id be wandering along boring random strangers.
