Hopefully he's disappeared up his own arrogant arse.
Don't worry, I'm here. If you read my answers, you will see that I do not correct 'every little mistake'. As I have acknowledged more than once, everyone makes mistakes, myself included. However, I do correct certain fundamental mistakes that keep occurring and are clearly not typos - eg, the misuse of apostrophes and the use of Americanisms instead of perfectly good English words. If you feel that's arrogant, rogersaurus, I pity you - is it really so arrogant to believe that British people should have pride in their own language instead of being happy to make fundamental mistakes, or wilfully abandon their own language because the Americans use something different? I fail to see anything arrogant in helping people to improve their knowledge of their own language, and avoid making fundamental mistakes in future. Some of them, judging by responses I have had, are actually quite appreciative.
One other thing - why is it that some people think getting things right rather than wrong is pedantic? This is a ridiculous concept. Correcting tiny errors might be pedantic, but when mistakes change the meaning of a sentence then correcting them is not pedantic, it simply avoids misunderstanding.

Spelmuster, as the lovely banamarama sang in the 80's it's not what you do it's the way that you do it. Conceptual errors and wrong facts no one minds being pulled up on but who gives a sh!t if theres' a apostrophy in the wrong spot or an wrong spelling here and there. Chill out Dude
Oh crikey, we're off again!
Get a life Spellie you sad sack of........... Incidentally, that 'every little mistake' should have read - "every little error" as it was a direct quotation (albeit incorrect in content).
